The program called “Serbian code” was held in the second part of the School of Friendship where “Naša Srbija” gathered 200 children of Serbian nationality from eight countries in the region: Romania, Hungary, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Slovenia, Montenegro, Albania and Macedonia. Theme of this program is Serbian identity, and the aim is to learn, in an interesting way, the national values: language, culture, religion, tradition, and strengthening their links with the homeland.
“Serbian code” became from the idea for creating a unique cultural and spiritual space for the Serbian people living in neighbour countries. For the second year, the children from Timisoara, Budapest and Batanya, Vukovar and Bijelo Brdo, from Kučevište in Skoplje and Kumanovo, Stari Nagoričino, from Andrijevica and Plužine, Skadar, Ljubljana and Novo Mesto, Drvar and Bosansko Grahovo arrived.
